At The Card Catchers, we strive to ensure every collector enjoys a fair and transparent experience during live breaks and purchases. Please read this policy carefully before completing your order.
🎥 Rip & Ship Purchases
All Live Rip & Ship sales are final once the product seal is broken.
Because products are opened live on stream at the customer’s request, no refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be offered for:

Unwanted pulls

Card condition (including factory defects, centering, or print lines)

Change of mind
If an incorrect product is opened in error by our team, a refund or replacement will be issued.
📦 Sealed TCG Products
Sealed Trading Card Game (TCG) products will not be replaced or refunded under any circumstance once sold.
All sealed products leave our facility in brand-new condition. We are not responsible for:

Manufacturer errors inside sealed boxes or packs

Variations in pull ratios or card contents

Damage caused after delivery
Please purchase sealed items with the understanding that all sales are final.
đź› Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or a parcel damaged during transit:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product.

If confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
⚖️ Your Consumer Rights
This policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
However, this does not apply to products opened or damaged by the customer, or for live rip & ship sales once opened on stream.
